Micha started recruiting in 2007, at Management Recruiters, where she was quickly promoted  from Account Executive to Partner and eventually founding North Shore, in 2022. Before becoming a recruiter, Micha ran a program for emotionally and physically challenged adults in Chicago. She helped them take control of their lives and live autonomously in the community. She humbly acknowledges that her counseling skills have been of great benefit to her client’s and candidates who seek to gain extra traction in their careers. 

Micha currently resides in Chicago with her family.
